My first experience with chiropractic care was my recent visit to Dr. West at Greece Chiropractic. Not really sure with what to expect, we talked for a few minutes about some of the issues I was experiencing (as I sit at a computer most of the day). He then addressed exactly how he was going to manipulate my back and neck to correct the pain caused by poor posture over many years. The adjustment process was relaxing, not painful as I had expected prior to going in, and only took about 15 minutes. I can't remember the last time I've felt this stretched, relaxed, and pain free.
